SEND CONDITIONS

The order processing period ranges from 2 to 4 business days from the moment the payment is made. In times of greater demand, such as Christmas or Black Friday, the time may be increased.

The estimated shipping time for orders for Spain and Mexico ranges from 7 to 15 business days from the date the product leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed from the rest of the European Union, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the shipping time will be between 11 and 20 working days.

To the rest of the world, it will be between 20-28 business days.

The agreed deadlines for the delivery of the product are without prejudice to any delays that may be caused by force majeure.

In countries where the local logistics operator or customs/taxes require an additional payment for the delivery of the order at home, this will be paid by the customer.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Kory guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost, provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.

The customer will have a period of fifteen calendar days from receipt of the order to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. The client will communicate to Kory within the stipulated period and by any means admitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, an invoice issued to Kory , with the customer paying the return costs.

The customer may return any item purchased at Kory as long as the products have not been opened or used and keep their seal or original packaging. In these cases, Kory , will return the money for the purchase through a payment to the credit card, by means of a bank transfer to the account indicated by the client or by means of a payment to his personal account.

If a product other than the one requested by the client was delivered by mistake by Kory , it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer.

Refunds will be accepted when a return is approved. The customer has the same time as for a return, that is, fifteen calendar days. The refund will be applied 7 days after accepting the return via credit card or PayPal.
